What Do You Need in Your Life Today?

What do you need today? Where you live, what your energetic awareness is, your health, financial resources, life’s expectations, and a number of other factors will dictate how you respond to that question.

There are basic needs every person has like, air, water, food, sleep, shelter, relationships and stimulation for growth, but beyond these the list of needs become personal and individualized. It is those needs which are often the motivation that drives us to pray. This type of prayer is identified as “petitions.” In such a case we are asking God for something and it is often very specific in nature.

When Jesus taught His disciples the principles of “The Lord’s Prayer,” His focus was on our building a positive, healthy relationship with His Heavenly Father. Jesus dealt with needs, but again it was in connection to our relationship to the Source of all, who had the power and love to meet those needs.

Take the time to reflect on just what it was that Jesus thought important enough for us to address when we pray. You can find out in Matthew 6:9-13. Read it for yourself. You might even want to read the verses that come immediately before verse nine, because they also provide insight into prayer.

Petitions are only a portion of what prayer really is. Gratitude, praise and appreciation ought to be found as well. It takes time, effort and commitment on your part to perfectly align your life with pure, selfless love (holiness) and build out the relationship with the Heavenly Father. This is something else you may need in your life.

Engage in the Process to Feel Good. Reap the Benefits Now!

For those who have investigated the secrets and basics of success training there is an important principle that must be operative in your life. It is one of those concepts which takes very little time to learn, but a life time to work on and master. As you progress in the process of implementing this principle your life will begin to change. Your mindset will shift in how you perceive not only yourself, but the world around you. Your energetic awareness will increase and there will be an enhancement in the quality of your life.

What will be some of the outcomes when you implement this principle? It will look different for every individual, but will include, transformational freedom, the ability to fully deploy your inherent potential and be able to live your purpose and fulfil your destiny. In the process of your development of this principle you have the potential to learn what has been holding you back and keeping you locked up and bound by your own subconscious choices and habits. It sounds like this concept may be in alignment with The SEE Method of Living!

There are options and choices you can make in how you proceed on this path and some are more powerful and beneficial than others. No matter what path you select I do highly recommend including a commitment to the relationship with God through his Son, Jesus as part of your package of choices. In my opinion, including the Source, the author of you, in your plans, is a wise decision. Psalm 139:13-16 reminds us, “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. {14} I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. {15} My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, {16} your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”

I have placed at the top of my dream board a graphical representation of this principle to remind me daily to consider this principle. I have chosen to add into my life a number of different energetic and spiritual practices which complement this aspect of my life.

What is the principle? Feel Good Now! Choose to reap the benefits in your life.

Your Choice, Launch an Opportunity to Inaugurate Beneficial Change

A new day, a new month, what choices are you going to make for a better you moving into the future? The choices you make create habits. These habits dictate your responses. Your responses, more often than not, are the result of what? Is it not your feelings and what you think you perceive about the environment and situations of your life? How many times have you heard, or even said, “I don’t feel like . . .?”

The question so often asked, “How are you?” is generally considered to be a feelings question and people respond accordingly. Make a choice to start interpreting this question as an opportunity to declare a statement of faith and belief, rather than as a feelings response. Acknowledge this question by what God’s word says about you, rather than how you feel in the moment.

When you meet someone you have a choice in how you respond. Seize the moment and launch an opportunity to inaugurate a beneficial change in the life of others. Stop asking, “How are you?” and create new interaction questions which will draw out answers which move others away from their feelings, which are often negatively controlling their lives. Get them to think beyond their momentary feelings to a more solid foundation built upon God’s Word.

Shifting your own habits on how you make contact with others may take conscious competency training, but in the long term, you will benefit and so will they.

Ask questions like, “What is the best thing that has happened in your day?” “What are you hoping for, trusting, or believing (pick one of these) to happen this week?” In response to the question, “How are you?” thrown your way, consider responses like, “Terrific,” “Blessed,” “Good and getting better.” It is your Choice, Launch an Opportunity to Inaugurate Beneficial Change in your life and that of others.
