I am writing this article just ahead of the I Ching Open House we will be hosting in less than an hour. I started reflecting on this aspect of my life’s journey which began when I was first introduced to Mary Miller in the spring of 2011 when she visited Toronto. I went to that meeting very sceptical as to what I would hear and was very impressed not only with her presentation, but with the technology and with Mary herself. Over the years, until her sudden and unexpected departure from this plain of existence, we had the opportunity to have many conversations related to the instruments and their influence into the spiritual realm.
I first hand witnessed the transformational change which took place in one of my relatives when he used an instrument in the final months of his life. An individual who had no time or interest in spiritual things chose to say YES to the relationship with God through His Son, Jesus the Messiah.
Over and over I have witnessed changes in the lives of people who make a decision to use a technology, which I believe, can help to open up their hearts and minds to universal truths. Can these instruments be used for the darker side? That may be a possibility, but that does not make the tool evil. It means we have a responsibility to make it available so that what is amoral becomes an instrument of good and blessings. It is what we do with the technology which determines whether it is a tool for light, or darkness. Running in fear of something, because someone uses it for evil, does nothing to benefit this world and make it a place where God’s will is done here as it is in heaven.
I wrote down something from the 2018 October I Ching Conference in Toronto that has impacted me. This are the words I found in my notebook, ” Nothing that goes on here on earth that really matters, matters accept as it applies into the spiritual realm. We are here to learn to be who we were created to be. When we use an I Ching instrument we are saying we want to move forward in this process of being who we were created to be.”
Make the year 2019 a time when you develop a closer relationship with God.
