I did a search on the internet recently looking to see what most people are wanting in their life.

While the various lists did not necessarily agree in terms of a specific order, there was general agreement in what was included in the top ten in the list. As I reflected on what was included, I came to a clearer understanding of the impact of energetic awareness to how people respond to this question. The lower a person’s energetic awareness level is, the higher materialistic, physical items tend to be. The reverse is also true. The higher the energetic awareness level, the higher spiritual, positive emotional items tend to be.

Kathy Caprino wrote an article titled, “The Top 10 Things People Want In Life But Can’t Seem To Get” for the Huffington Post. I am only giving her list and Biggest Challenge for each item. She provides valuable insights for each listing. You can read her full article at https://www.huffingtonpost.com/kathy-caprino/the-top-10-things-people-_2_b_9564982.html.

1. Happiness: Biggest challenge: “Not knowing what I want to do.”
2. Money: Biggest challenge: “Not having enough money or time to accomplish the things I want to do.”
3. Freedom: Biggest challenge: “Having the freedom to find my ‘true purpose,’ or being lit up by the day-to-day at work.”
4. Peace: Biggest challenge: “Lack of clarity about who I am and my purpose.”
5. Joy: Biggest challenge: “How to find the right role or position for me now that will bring joy in my work.”
6. Balance: Biggest challenge: “Balancing my need/desire for flexibility while making enough money and having the benefits I want.”
7. Fulfilment: Biggest challenge: “Utilizing my potential in the best possible way, for myself and for others.”
8. Confidence: Biggest challenge: “Feeling like I have something to offer now, rather than feeling constantly as if I’m not ready and need more training.”
9. Stability: Biggest challenge: “Figuring out what to do next, to keep me afloat and be a bridge to my later years and retirement.”
10. Passion: Biggest challenge: “Overcoming feelings of ineptitude and negativity because of career setbacks.”

When you look at this list, many of the items can be combined into one concept. People want to experience significance and purpose in their life. They want to be valued and know their life matters, and they want to leave a lasting, positive legacy for those who follow them.

As I looked at the life and example of Jesus, I noticed there are 31 times in the four Gospels where the Greek word, “Horaõ,” is used in relation to Jesus as He was dealing with people both individually and as groups. This word is translated in English most of the time as, “saw,” but also as “looked.” Strong’s Greek & Hebrew Dictionary says this about this Greek word: “(by implication) to discern clearly (physical or mental); by extension to attend to; by Hebrew to experience; passive to appear:- behold, perceive, see, take heed.” Jesus used The SEE Method of Living a Fulfilled Life in relating to people regularly. Perhaps it would be of benefit if we followed His example in seeking to help people find the answer to what really matters in life. SEE: Shift Your Mindset, Elevate Your Energetic Awareness and Enhance the Quality of Your Life leaving a lasting, positive legacy.

I am working through the process of building out the components of what I am currently identifying as “The SEE Method of Living.” There are three steps to this method which are identified as SHIFT your mindset achieving transformational freedom and expression; ELEVATE your energetic awareness for full deployment of your inherent potential; ENHANCE the quality of your life, living your purpose and destiny, leaving a lasting, positive legacy.

I am becoming increasing aware of the importance of the second step if individuals are going to achieve the desired outcome they desire. Robyn Openshaw in her book, Vibe, caught my attention when she wrote, “Regardless of whether people have the vaguest notion about what ‘vibration’ is, they don’t know what powerful implications this has for their every choice, every day:
Which foods you eat
How much water you drink (and what’s in the water)
What you use to medicate yourself when you feel unwell
What you think about while you’re in the car or in the shower
What words you use to express yourself
What emotions you spend your time indulging in – and what you do with them once you feel them” and her list goes on.

Later, writes, “Everything in the field of wellness, and even personal growth” (and I would add ‘in every area of your life’), “can and should revolve around the basic, easily understood concept that every single thing we choose to eat – and everything we choose to think, feel, and do – lowers or raises our vibration.”

I have said and written it many times before, and you will hear me do so in the future, “What you think, believe, say and intend matters, because they impact your actions which determine the outcomes in your life.”

If you desire to elevate your energetic conscious awareness you will need to take specific actions if you want to de-ploy your inherent potential and experience true freedom in your life. I have begun the process in identifying specific practical things which you can do which will raise your energetic frequency and awareness level. These will be included in my upcoming book and full system when it is released.

For those who would be interested, I am also researching the connection of “The SEE Method of Living” to that which Jesus demonstrated through His life and is addressed in the Scriptures. Insights into the spiritual aspects of “The SEE Method of Living will be forthcoming in the future.

My wife recently picked up a book written by Jane A.G. Kise, David Stark and Sandra Krebs Hirsh titled, Discover Who You Are. I have not read the book yet, so cannot comment on its contents, but I was intrigued by the book cover which had five questions written on it. They were, “Why Are You Here? What Do You Do Best? What Are You Passionate About? What Do You Value? What Are Your Priorities?”

These are questions you will be confronted with should you choose to participate in Joel Bauer’s One Year Online Mentoring program. Yes it is a complete in every way marketing program which potentially can help you monetize your passion, but it is far more than that. It is really about discovering who you are at the core of your being and how you can make a difference in the lives of others, by living out your purpose and passion.

I have been challenged by Joel Bauer to continue to take those five questions and dig deeper to come to a great understanding of my life and how I can live it to it’s full potential as a faithful steward of what I have been given.

Earl Nightingale in one of his audio recordings lists eight significant concepts in a checklist style which I wrote down recently. This checklist contains the key elements, if you investigated and implemented in your life, that would take you to a greater level of success. He defined success as, “The progressive realization of a worthy ideal.”

Checklist by Earl Nightingale:
1. Set a goal: have a desired outcome
2. Determine your attitude: our attitude determines what comes back to us
3. Think deliberately and with a purpose
4. The law of Cause and Effect: our rewards in life will be in exact proportion to our contribution
-we will reap what we sow
5. Truth: pursue it with passion
6. Research and Development: What are you investing back in yourself so you can be better?
7. The Strangest Secret: We become what we think about most of the time
8. Imagination is important: Use it appropriately

I would encourage you to give careful thought to the five questions above. Contact me through LifePotentialTraining.com if you would be interested in joining Joel Bauer’s One Year Online Mentoring Course or attending one of his two day live events in Los Angeles to help you gain a clearer understanding as to your answers.

There are many reasons people are not able to hear what is being communicated. People, like my wife, who have severe hearing loss, have difficulty in being able to grasp was is being spoken. There are tools that may provide some assistance depending on the issue and severity they are dealing with, but still there is a good chance communication ability is diminished. Those who have challenges with their eye sight might find written communication more difficult than others. There are a kaleidoscope of various physical conditions which impact communication processes in some way.

What I would like you to consider is that, beyond physical reasons, there are also energetic awareness limitations which dramatically influence an individual’s ability to communicate effectively. Dr. David Hawkins in his book, Power vs. Force writes about a person’s energetic consciousness level impacting their ability to perceive, understand, and communicate. Individuals who are living out their life at an energetic awareness level below 200 face limitations and challenges to the quality of their life. What is interesting to consider is the emotional baggage connected with such a situation. The parallels to the Biblical position of bondage to sin and freedom from sin are interesting. I would encourage you to investigate what Dr. Hawkins has to say about this. I would add, your energetic awareness level might influence whether you do, or don’t, follow my suggestion.

The power of energetic awareness also potentially may be a factor in whether a person is open and receptive to the spiritual realm. Energetic consciousness (awareness) may provide insight into the Biblical concept of “hardness of heart” and whether someone is open to saying YES to a relationship with Jesus and to their level of commitment to such a relationship. It might also provide valuable insights into why there is a lack of unity within the faith community. There is much outside of the normal framework of thinking to consider in the process of communication.

A number of years ago Dr. Ted Morter shared with a group of people I was with a song titled, It’s A Great Day by Jay Pinto. Dr. Ted gifted a copy of the song to each person present. For a long time I used this song as a ring tone on my cell phone. It really is a good thing to be reminded that each day provides us with the opportunity to make it a Great Day if we choose to. The song begins with the words, “Today I have the opportunity to be the best me ever! Today is a Great Day!” What would your day look like if you started it with such an attitude and maintained it as you lived out your day?

I was reminded in a recent devotional reading in the book, Grace For Today that “every day could be a great day in our life if we only appreciated the present and passing moment. Every day is a new birth, with new prospects and opportunities that fall to us from the loving hand of God, so that we can live.”

The Apostle Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 6:1-2 these words, “We also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain. {2} For he says, ‘I heard you at the acceptable time, and in the day of salvation I helped you.’”

Take the opportunity to cherish your positive memories, but focus on the importance and appreciate the possibilities and benefits of today for creating even greater memories in the future. Today is a precious gift live it in such a way that you are acknowledging it as such. SEE (SHIFT your mindset, ELEVATE your energetic awareness and ENHANCE the quality of your life, taking note the difference it will make in your day. Have a great day, because it is a GREAT DAY!
